In all, the summary of temptation. Oh Sebastian, *sigh.* How you feed my crazy fangirl obsession XD
The pomegranate that he's holding is supposed to be a bit of a twist into the Greek mythology of Hades and Persephone. Skip the next paragraph if you know the legend.
For those of you who don't know, Hades, lord of the underworld, kidnapped Persephone (goddess of spring) to his realm. He then tricked her into eating a few pomegranate seeds knowing that in doing so, she would forever be tied to him and the underworld. When Persephone was able to leave the underworld due to her tormented mother's (goddess of the harvest) continual fits to Zeus (which were leaving the earth completely barren of any food, killing a major part of the human populace) Hades pulled out his trump card of the food eaten in the underworld, and thus, because she had eaten, Persephone forever was tied to going down to the underworld every fall/winter, and this is why we have seasons (because of the fits, lol).
Basically, I wanted to use something that represented temptation. I thought about an apple, but it's so overdone, plus i <3 pomegranates.
Oh, i sketched and inked this a few months ago, forgot about it, then pulled it back up in Photoshop a few days ago and decided to paint it. Oh yeah, i don't own Kuroshitsuji or the character. Supposedly

Your work really is amazing...I have so much to learn, and this is where I think I am going to start...your attention to detail is really incredible.
This particular picture with the pomegranet reminds me of when Claude was brushing Ceil's teeth and he thought about how perfectly aligned Ceil's teeth were and internally compared them to the perfect rows of seeds in a pomegranet... Very cool that you have Sebastian shown here eating that very pomegranet...the one that Claude wanted! Perfect!
